Zappos’ Terms of Service Held to be Invalid
On Nov 1, 2012Business Insider recently posted an article reporting that a court has held Zappos’ Terms of Service invalid in the wake of several class action suits following the massive security breach that targeted the company last January.
[Follow Up:] Barely Legally points out that BI’s claim that every website on the planet is in jeopardy as a result of the ruling may be a slight overstatement.
