Keyana S. Bahadori is a third-year student at Brooklyn Law School and a graduate of San Diego State University, where Keyana studied international business with a concentration in Germany and Western Europe. Keyana is a summer associate at Neville Peterson LLP working on customs duty refund claims and trade compliance, and previously served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Claire R. Kelly at the U.S. Court of International Trade, drafting memoranda on anti-dumping determinations, tariff classification, and sanctions matters. Before law school Keyana worked in global product management at Taconic Biosciences through an acquisition, integrating EU and China compliance requirements into market analysis. After graduation Keyana is interested in tax work, particularly the tax implications facing startups, multinational corporations, and M&A transactions.
