A few examples. We filed a brief at the U.S. Supreme Court on whether an AI system can be named as the inventor on a patent. We argued to the Copyright Office on whether art made by AI can be protected at all. We've backed New York legislation to protect children's data online, and we've published work on domain-name theft, decentralized digital identity, and the shifting law around cannabis. Alongside that, we've represented more than 1,000 clients on the everyday legal work a young company needs, incorporation, trademarks, contracts, and licensing.
